FAQ
Questions, answered
Who can join?
Singles aged 22 or older who are serious about marriage, can verify a government ID, and are willing to complete the preparation program.
Why prepare before matching?
Because readiness matters more than volume. Everyone completes the same program, so the people you meet have done the same work you have.
What is the Readiness Review?
Around week 13, a professional review team looks at your preparation work and coach check-ins, and completes a safety and conduct check and a selfie check.
What do Ready and Paused mean?
Ready means your match feed opens. Paused means you receive next steps and a return date, shared privately with you by secure message. Paused is never shown to other members.
Do I need to share financial documents?
No. Members are never asked to submit financial documents to be eligible. However, we may ask for verification from persons who prioritize matches in the same income range.
How are profiles described?
Each profile declares Man or Woman, self-declared, along with occupation and life stage.
Who sees my name and photos?
No one, until you and another member are both Ready and both consent. Before then, you appear under a pseudonym with general details only.
Is the course therapy?
No. Course content is educational. It is not therapy, financial, or legal advice.
How much does it cost?
